Entrepreneurship Preparatory School currently seeks middle school teachers
and teaching assistants. We are looking for teachers who believe all kids can
achieve regardless of their socio-economic status or any other excuse we
commonly hear in response to the academic performance of urban students.
Teachers at E Prep prepare our students for college and life beyond. E Prep
teachers are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve success in the
classroom. Our school culture is not dictated by one or two teachers; it comes
from the entire staff.
If you are looking for a school where student achievement drives all facets
of the culture, you should contact us. If you are looking for a school that
maintains a structured environment and enforces its discipline policy
consistently and effectively, you should contact us. As a faculty member, you
will NOT spend a large percentage of your time disciplining students; instead
you will help us maintain a safe, disciplined, and academically rigorous
environment.
We are a unified group and our mission is arduous: change the academic
progress for all of our students. We are accomplishing our task and invite you
to join us.
Thank you,
Marshall Emerson III
